This will keep us abreast about what is happening with each other in our respective school systems all over the Philippines and learn from our sharing of experiences both victories and challenges,” Fr. Arre stated.

However, Fr. Arre also mentioned his concerns about whether he can still have the energy to manage the CEAP alongside his other responsibilities.

“Additional work added responsibilities! Can I still do what is expected of me in my new task, and do I have the energy and time to do it? Many additional meetings to attend, even if it’s online. Many added concerns to my already full plate of things to do,” Fr. Arre replied when asked about his feelings towards his election.

Meanwhile, CEAP plans to have strategic planning in the first month of 2021 to align its members towards their guidelines and priorities.

“At the moment, we have scheduled our strategic planning come January of 2021, to guide us in terms of our direction as SupCom. We shall continue with our existing programs of ensuring that superintendents equipped with the needed skills to do their tasks of leadership and ensuring that the Catholic identity and mission of our schools remain our priority,” Fr.
